Attending a private training course is simple. Our instructor will connect to the computer of your choice via pcAnywhere. You'll also need a telephone next to the computer. If you are the only member of your team attending the course, the telephone should ideally be equipped with a headset for maximum comfort. If multiple members of your team are attending the course, the telephone must be a speakerphone.
